What to serve salmon with sun-dried tomatoes with?
Salmon with sun-dried tomatoes goes well with many ingredients. Asparagus, which appears on the market in spring, is a hit. Just cook them in a standard way or add to an ovenproof dish together with tomatoes. Steamed vegetables or those prepared in the oven will also work great. You can bet on total freedom – good choices are potatoes as well as parsley, celery or carrots. When it comes to cooked vegetables, broccoli is also a hit.
